History

Alfa výroba jednoúčelových strojů s.r.o. and its legal predecessors have been operating on the European market since 1992. From the time of its establishment, the company has been engaged in the design and manufacture of single-purpose machines, mainly in the textile industry. Over time, it has also established itself in the electronics and automotive industries. At present, it is mainly engaged in the production of automatic and semi-automatic assembly machines for the automotive industry, and its leading customers include RBCB, IAC Group, Schneider Electric, Mubea, Behr and ALVE.

 

Development

Due to the ever-increasing demands of its customers in terms of both time and quality, ALFA moved to its own modern building, which enabled the construction of larger and more complex automatic lines. At the same time, the company purchased its first waterjet cutting machine in 2006, which enabled the drilling and cutting of large base plates. Another investment in the new technology included the purchase of a DMG 5-axis milling machine at the beginning of 2007, which enables the production of components not only with great precision, but also with higher speed and operator comfort. The parameters of these machines guarantee the production of high-quality machine parts. For the design and input of data to machine tool control systems, the company’s AUTO CAD system was replaced over time by the 3-D design program Solid Works, which enables efficient design of complex machinery.

Present

The production of complex shape and precise machine components is currently provided by the most modern machine tools with which the company is equipped. In addition to classic milling machines, lathes and grinders, the company has a KING-SPARK E 46P EDM machine, a Fanuc robocut α – C400iA wire-cut machine, a FNG 40 CNCA tool milling machine, DECKEL MAHO DMU 60 monoBlock 5-axis milling machine and an AquaCut WJ 3020-1Z-NL-PJ-5AX water jet cutting machine.

The production space was doubled in 2018. During its 30 years on the market, the company has developed its own logistic system for a 100% overview of the status of all orders, at the heart of which is an automated storage and retrieval system. Assembly stations are equipped with modern IT technologies for efficient assembly. All this is reflected in trouble-free simultaneous assembly of several large automatic lines at once.

 

 

Our goals

The company's goals include not only the production of quality machinery and equipment, but also the effort to minimize the burden on the environment. For this reason, the company executive decided to implement the certification according to the ISO 14001 standard, which was successfully completed in March 2007. ALFA výroba jednoúčelových strojů s.r.o. is currently certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2004 standards.
