Universal FPM assembly with automatic screwdriver
The device is used for the final assembly of several components of the accelerator pedal body assembly.
The whole device is mechanically and programmatically designed as a modular set of several work units, which allows, thanks to exchangeable coded jigs, the processing of many types of accelerator pedals. At present, 26 different types are processed on the device. These 26 types include more than 11 significantly different shape assemblies, which differ in addition to different shapes and dimensions by different numbers of screws and inspected parts.
To ensure maximum speed, stability and variability of the process, an electronic screwdriving unit with an automatic screw feeding which is positioned by means of a portal robot is used on the device.
